Update December 2025 : sites under offer. 

The Uplands Development consists of two sites owned by Hampshire County Council - west of Woodhouse Lane (Woodhouse Meadows) in Hedge End and north and east of Winchester Street (Botley Fields) in Botley.  

Both sites are now under offer to prospective purchaser, who will be on site in the new year progressing site surveys (including some intrusive ground investigations) before launching their own public engagement exercises later in the new year and submitting their reserved Matters application(s) on the final design and layout of their schemes.
